Standard interview process, nothing out of the ordinary. Asked about my experience in EHS, my background, what led me to this role, etc. Asked me to go on-site and see the processes. On-site location is a beaten down facility and there is a lack of diversity. This is the only interview I had that did not reimburse me for the travel to the on-site location so while I did not receive the offer, I’m glad I didn’t have to deal with poor management and the cheapness.
