Absolutely shocking process. Had the aura of a teenage boys locker room. Interviewers seemed to think they were on an episode of ‘SAS who dares wins’. Playing loud rock music while forcing candidates to do mental maths. As if that’s what trading actually involves. Worst company I have ever come across. Interviewers trying to scare candidates, despite the fact they’d barely hit puberty. Themselves. Would not recommend.

Panel Interview after you pass the assessment centre. The interview is with one of the senior traders and someone else. It’s mainly just questions about resilience and why you want to do trading.
