Interview
Great site, great interview process, met the team, engaging questions. Each member on the interview panel had a specific technical question to ask. Afterwards, there was a one-on-one with every member of the panel where they asked more soft-skills related questions. At the end, there was a facility tour.

Interview
It required multiple meetings with company executives. From the initial application to going back and forth discussing salaries, possibilities, possible employment locations, possible company expansion. The process vas very smooth but lengthy. Apparently these days, no matter where one applies, one gets drilled, and checked out. I have a feeling that sometimes, either company executives or recruiters, do not look at the big pictures as of what a candidate can offer. After all it was a pleasant experience.
