It was a casual interview over coffee at a Panera Bread. I was asked pros/cons about my job, my manager and the company. What skills I have and what skills I would be interested in Learning and If I was open to learning other skills that I didn't mention. Why I was looking for another Job and the things I enjoy outside of work.
