The interview overall wasn't a 'boosting' experience. I felt that I'm mostly sharing my expertise of 17 years in the GCC markets. The panelists were the Hr Manager, and the Operations Manager (both ladies). I felt them both without much experience, while the Hr... way to much dependable, 'under the spell' of the Operations'. I wasn't successful for the role I was applying for (even though I was bringing on the table my strong European education, and nearly 2 decades of experience). I wasn't feeling disappointed, as after the interview, my overall opinion was that their quality level are way under the market (no electronic database documentation, no legal and business practices knowledgeable, doubting my expertise, opinions, etc.)
