Back in 2019. Have to agree with other reviewer. There were 3 people being interviewed. One was a temp working for uxbridge, the other no experience in FE Despite me having a number of years experience in admissions answering all questions with examples perfectly. Found out postion was given to the Temp staff member. So yes, uxbirdge college will favours staff members over new staff applying. Interview was a matter of formality. Manager of admissions did not look like he wanted to be doing interview.
