Utility Resource Group interview questions

Applied via job board. I received an e-mail asking me to fill out online app. Did a phone interview with HR. Next interview was via Skype, very laid back and I felt at ease. The manager (Jermaine ?) Is great, he was very informative and had great things to say about the company. If you get past that you then get a drug screen, background check, then you sign the offer letter via email and do on boarding after via email. Them three weeks of paid training.
