Interview
I applied online and got a call about 6 months later (I forgot that I even applied). They wanted me to come in the very next day, and the time WAS NOT NEGOTIABLE. I get there early, only to see a line of about 100 people waiting to get inside. When my turn finally arrived, I was hit with the dreaded panel interview. The questions were very random, and most were personal/character-related, as opposed to business related. Once I passed that, I was sent to a room with about five other finalists, where we completed a handwritten, on the spot math and comprehension exam, which I found to be pretty basic/simple. Finally, I was brought before the head of the district (with my test scores in hand). He told me that my scores were excellent, and made me an offer on the spot.

Interview
After taking a series of personality and comprehension tests was directed to the interview held at a location in a hotel. Arrived and filled out more paperwork and then met with one of the Supervisors whom interviewed me and told me the wage with the express idea that there was plenty of overtime to be had for those whom wanted it. This was the only saving grace for me as I know that the overtime can make up partially for the really small wage.
