Interview

Very thorough interview. Took me to MEPS, did a long test and talked about the job. They completed a physical and otherwise evaluated my fitness for their job. It was nice that they at least fed me and put me up in a hotel for the process.

Military AGR Board Interview by the NCOICs of all the teams. There’s also a presentation portion, a cold call portion, and a direct interview portion. You are also asked to explain relevant regulations and policies
