I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Utah Community Credit Union (Provo, UT) in Jan 2012
Interview
Very kind and easy going, questions were very professional and I did not feel uncomfortable. It was a stress-free interview. I would highly recommend applying for a job at Utah Community Credit Union.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Utah Community Credit Union
Interview
Excellent questions and discussion, the usual sort of "how do you think this should happen" or "what experiences have you had in this sort of situation" etc. Very kind, thought out, and friendly. Not overly long, or short. Received a call back with or without a job offer.

I applied online. I interviewed at Utah Community Credit Union (Orem, UT) in Dec 2016
Interview
Branch manager rambled on for 30 minutes without really getting to know me. I was referred by an ex -manager so I guess he trusted me. I could have interviewed in my PJ's and he would have hired me.

Question 1
He talked about security at the credit union. I guess he had been robbed before at his branch. This was the only thing we seemed to talk about.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Utah Community Credit Union (Spanish Fork, UT) in Sept 2015
Interview
The interview was pretty tough, but I could tell that the ones conducting the interview were looking for a serious candidate. UCCU has a great corporate culture and they try to make sure that every employee that is hired fits in the corporate culture. They are also looking for people who are willing to stay on for long periods of time, because of things like training and bonding of employees. Overall a great experience.
