Had an initial email to go through an online assessment and then later was contacted to do an initial screening interview. Both interviewers were very nice and questions were very well thought out. Unfortunately I don’t think it was a fit as they were looking for someone with more years of experience in SaaS implementation / professional services.

Interview
The process began with an interview call, followed by an online assessment. I also completed a short assignment, which consisted of configuring Userpilot content and presenting what I had put together. Then, I discussed the next steps with HR. There was consistent communication throughout the process from both the hiring manager and HR, and I enjoyed having a chance to experiment with the product.

Interview
Yazan (CEO) and team were great to meet with and painted a clear picture of the organization and potential for my role.
The hiring process included a short aptitude assessment before interviews and a couple of conversations. The interviews were collaborative and were more centered on how I’d approach the position than talking through my previous experience.
The team was flexible on scheduling and approachable for follow up questions and discussion. Overall it was a very positive experience.
