recently went through the interview process for the BDR role at Userlytics, and I can honestly say it was one of the most positive and engaging experiences I’ve had.
The process consisted of three 30-minute interviews—first with the Head of Channel Development, then with the VP of Business Development, and finally with the CEO. Each conversation felt thoughtful, welcoming, and insightful. Everyone I spoke with took the time to understand me, my goals, and how I could contribute to the team. It was clear that they weren’t just looking to fill a role—they were building a team with purpose.
I felt genuinely valued throughout the entire process, and the transparency, professionalism, and warmth from everyone involved really stood out.
I’m thrilled to say I was offered the role and accepted it! I’m excited to join a company with such a strong culture, inspiring leadership, and a clear mission to improve user experience through remote testing and real human insights.
