Interview
The website seems friendly and easy to use. You have to test various websites from different clients, you have to be able to record your voice and your laptop screen to do so. They provide you with different quizzes you have to pass and then you have to record a simulation of a website test.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask you if you have a working laptop you can use for the tests. They also test your English skills. They ask you where are you from, your age, gender so they classify your demographics.
I'ts kinda tricky to pass the entry test. But I found out that concise opinions and a quiet place is the formula to sort it out. Basically they go lead you in all the steps of the test and you can try again if you fail the first time!

Interview
Instead of an interview, you submit a 15-minute mock review. They give you a sample website and questions and you record a sample of a test you would complete. It's relatively easy and straightforward, and once you're approved you are able to access paid tests.
