I was approached by this company regarding an open position. Interviewed by phone. Then received an in person interview with the company. Afterwards received a rejection email. When I requested for a feedback this recruiter ghosted me.
Funny enough Urgenci posted (10/15) an interesting read on Linkedin - A Rejected Candidate Asks for Feedback: Should You Provide it? It stated yes should should give feedback so that the applicant could improve next time. Alas, they don't practice what they preach. So I guess their recruiters weren't informed about the professional courtesy since I never hear back from her.
