Application with personal statement, then competency based interview, 9 questions and lasted about 1 hour and a scenario task on supporting a family with complex issues. The panel consisted of 3 people who work in the company as there is no HR. In general they were nice and friendly. Questions were rather long - some had 2 parts so effectively were 2 questions. I was offered water and was told at the end that they would let me know in week's time.
