easy interview, it was a group interview with 7 people and we each listened to each others answers. i think they also judges you on what you were wearing too. wear trendy things and describe why you chose it, only one round after a phone call

the process took like a month. they contacted and scheduled an interview and said they would let me know in a week, but it took them two weeks actually. the interview went well and seemed they liked me, but this always happens with Urban Outfitters.
