The interview was very smooth and easy. I interviewed with the store manager and we had a good conversation about the needs of the position and the duties of the department manager. The interview process is less about what you know regarding the industry and more about if you fit well with the team of people there. I mean lets face its urban outfitters basically sales clothes by just hanging them on the rack.

Interview was pretty standard. 3-step interview took around 3 weeks. First, I interviewed with two department managers, then two district manager (operational and visual.) Operational questions were standard and visual was a little more in depth, more so trying to figure out if my vibe and style matched the companies.
