I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Urban Outfitters (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2013
Interview
Submitted application, contacted by email 3 weeks later for group interview, I rescheduled for a personal interview on that same day. I went to the interview and it was just me and the operations manager. It was casual and comfortable and went extremely well as she was impressed with my answers, after the interview I was told that I'd definitely be hearing from her. Never did. Sent a follow up email, was contacted saying that I apparently didn't match up with any position.
I applied online. I interviewed at Urban Outfitters (Pasadena, CA)
Interview
The interview is done in a group of about 5-10 people. A manager asks a couple of behavioral questions, and everyone goes around answering. The vibes are pretty chill, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't prepare! It just means you don't have to be nervous.
