I had two informal interviews with the company. The first one was a phone short call about the job and me, I got told in advance it was short. I imagine many people apply for this job. Was as expected. Then I got asked to come into the smart offices (very nice place). I got interviewed by two people, one was the hiring manager and one was someone from the team. Got offered a coffee. Informal but professional conversation mainly about my CV and the company. I got to ask questions too. I got hired the next day. I was made to feel welcome at all times.
