I sat for Urbanclap through my Campus Recruitment . The process goes for more than 2 days .They presented an interesting PPT describing the job role which was followed by a Group discussion and an HR Interview .

I applied on the website for the interview process and got a reply within a day. The process included a GD and then qualified candidates had a short interview. The interview was very basic but after the process there was no further communication from the company. Tried to get in touch with the hr but no reply. Its alright if a candidate is not found suitable for the role, they should atleast communicate with the person.
