The process began with a 20-30 min phone screener with one of their recruiters. The general purpose of that conversation is verify your credentials, assess if you are a good culture fit, and confirm that you are aware of the positions role and responsibilities.
The next round was a 45 min interview with the Hiring Manager and included a brief skills test that assessed the candidate's analytical abilities, presentation skills, and communication style.
The last round was a panel interview with three other members of the organization. The questions centered around communication, time/project managment, and experience with supporting programs and deliverables.
The process overall was very enjoyable. The staff was very responsive, supportive, engaged, and passionate about their work. The skills test was concise and did not feel like a heavy-lift/extractive.
