Interview
Got a call from Head Hunter. Have been interviewed with 5 different people including VP, Director and two managers and a product analyst. Start up company and Titles and promotions are given in every 5 months. Non IT people doing the coding after 4 weeks of training. Guess yourself!!!. Typically people get intimidated with my background but I was given a chance to interview here, overall interview experience was positive. I may or may not have taken up the job. They were indeed excited to take my interview because I had much high level of experience and background compared to any of them.
I could really see, there's a shortage of well qualified people in the company. Volatile, probably not well organized.
Not a bad experience overall, but, if you're a well experienced person, your chances to get through are dim.
Better for just out of college with couple years of experience who's looking to get some titles is recommended.
