1) General Telephonic Interview about your previous work experience and cs fundamentals 2) Coding assignment test. 3) Interview with the head of engineering/engineering manager. 4) Culture fit round with the HR. During first round of interview, it was a telephonic call and I was told to complete assignment in 2 days as they had urgent requirement and they wanted to close position ASAP. It was a big assignment and I spend my complete one day to finish their assignment as they wanted production quality code. Then I cleared interview with engineering manager. And final round was culture fit round in which HR asked many questions irrelevant to job. I followed up after 2 weeks and they told me that my application is still in process. They wanted to close position as soon as possible. But it has been more than a month I didn't get any feedback. This is really disappointing.
