Pretty poor level of recruiting. First, the interview was set up by the training and the Service Quality Manager had to be rescheduled because of miscommunication on timing and time zone. On the day of the interview, we had to do a phone interview contrary to the original plan, because her microphone wasn't working properly. The recruiter mentioned I would hear back on Monday (the interview was conducted on the previous Thursday). Waited till Tuesday evening to follow up, but nothing ... then a few days later she wrote me back with a very basic rejection email with no feedback even after requesting one.
