I initially met with the director of IT and in the second round met with the CEO where I immediately saw red flags. I asked him why the position was empty and he tried to explain that multiple people before me had been incompetent. When asked about company culture he acted very serious and told me they take their jobs very seriously and did not elaborate any further.
