Interview
1st interview was with the recruiter in HR. She was very helpful and kind.
Next up was 3 more interviews.
First up was someone in HR who asks you a few odd questions (How do you know if the light turns off in the fridge when you close the door?)
The next 2 interviews were by people in the credit analyst department.
Overall a very smooth interview process.
Unfortunately for me, I have a loan with Upstart and this became a problem. I was not offered the job.
It was very smooth. I was comfortable and I liked it . The interviewer was very calm and friendly. We chatted about usual things and then slides into questions. It helped me.
Easiest interview ever. Strictly questions getting to know you and how your past makes you suited for the role. They’ll mostly hire anyone unless they seem like they’re socially awkward.

Interview
Very smooth process from start to finish. Went through a screening with personality and aptitude aspects, followed by two Zoom interviews, and a final call before the offer was extended and accepted.
