Upstart Conversion Manager interview questions

First round was a phone screen and second round was a take home exam. The take-home exam was very demanding and takes somewhere between 10-20 hours. I heard of many people who received the take-home exam and no one of that passed this round. The worst part is that there is no opportunity to present your findings and no real feedback is offered. The process feels very unprofessional and a huge waste your time!
