It was a clear 4 step process with an initial phone screen, virtual meeting with the hiring manager, mock client presentation, and a final virtual meeting with leadership. I received communication on expectations the entire way.
Asked to present a mock presentation to a client of your choice. For this position it was a Quarterly Business Review with clear parameters in the instructions.

Interview
The interview process in total took a couple weeks. They moved quick and the overall process was relatively informal. I personally appreciate this rather than dragging it out over multiple months.
