The interview was long around 5 weeks and a waste of everyone's time due to the silly final round!
- first round pre-HR screening
- Hiring manager will be the 2nd round
- India head 3rd round
- Assignment for the success plan at the 4th round and review
- CRO is the final round
How would the chief revenue officer round justify the final round for a CSM role, The questions were not even related to CSM stuff and mostly just passing the time.
Started off with Zoom call w HR. Was pretty easy/basic. Then met with the team lead and had to do an assignment. I didn't think the assignment was given much detail "on purpose," as they noted but later said it should have been more technical. Whole process was OK. Not amazing. Things moved slow and I had to check in a lot. Nice people though.
