HR interview at the phone, they sent me some math and english level for measurement.
And the last step interviewing with Chief Officer and Tech Lead.
I got an offer but I didn't accept because of another offer of another Company.
The approach of People that I interviewed was amazing, they were thoughtful and kind people. it was clear that they valued their employees

Interview
The interview process was build a simple REST API in Java. I got the job and I went from Argentina to Denmark. After 1 month (or 1 month and a half) I got fired due the "inexperience" and because "they can't afford the costs of training someone".
