Began with a prerecorded interview, followed by a short and informal phone call. From there a more formal interview with higher level staff, with the possibility to move on to an assessment day.
3 step process - very intense! First interview was over the phone, second was video with three other people, and third was in person being interviewed by a team of VPs. They were all incredibly kind and provided feedback after each interview. Study up!

Submitted my resume and received an email asking me to complete a video assessment days later. After finishing the pre-recorded video I heard back from the HR very soon, who scheduled a phone interview with me. This phone interview was very short and the recruiter only asked about my leadership experience. The next round was a virtual group interview with managers.

It was a four step process. The first was a phone interview, then an interview with the hiring manager on zoom, another zoom interview with a manager, and then the assessment day with VP’s of UNUM.
