I completed seven stages before finishing as runner up: - screening call with recruiter - 1hr video interview with hiring manager (co-founder) - presentation task by zoom with follow-up discussion with hiring manager - semi-formal zoom interview with two members of the immediate team - semi-formal zoom interview with two senior peers (other team Heads) - semi-formal zoom interview with CEO - face to face meeting at hiring manager's house Every conversation was enjoyable, but the process took about two months end to end, because each stage was a week apart. This was partly because the hiring manager was travelling during this time, which caused some delay, and then because had to quarantine. They were transparent and communicative throughout, but I didn't receive much feedback along the way.
