after sending my CV trough Moberries I got a request for a call, I was contacted by a stageur with email and interviewed by a young woman later that cannot afford an international call to my mobile and wrote to me to switch to google meet (not a great start), lovely chat but she ,other than knowing that their founders have 25 years of banking experience, doesn't have any clues on how to interview a profile with more than 21 years of experience.
The funny thing was that in the rejection letter the stageur wrote to me "that I could ask why I've been rejected" So I "asked" , but got back the same standard answer.
Such company doesn't have any ideas on how to manage candidates.
