University for the Creative Arts interview questions

Tour of facilities followed by 3 person panel exploring experience and expertise going through CV. Need to be familiar with the STAR system to be able to successfully navigate interview.

The interview required candidates to either deliver a presentation or engage in a discussion, both of which were relatively straightforward. However, before the interview, applicants had to complete an extensive competency-based questionnaire tailored to the role. This questionnaire assessed their skills, experience, and suitability for the position, adding an extra layer of preparation.
