      Market Research Interviewer Interview

      29 May 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Orlando, FL
      No offer
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Universal Studios

      Interview

I had a phone screening then they invited me to drive to LA (3 hours for me) for an in-person interview with 2 hiring managers. They asked me about 2 questions and then pretty much described the role. What I disliked is how when the hiring managers walked into the building and talked with the front desk worker, he explained they had a new process. He stated out loud enough for me and other candidates in the lobby to hear "If you don't want to move forward with a candidate just send them home right after the interview and tell them the hiring team will follow up with them". This was very discouraging to hear OUT LOUD because as soon as I was done with my interview that's exactly what happened. On top of that, I was not given the emails of my recruiter and hiring managers the only thing I had was the recruiter's number which they never picked up or answered texts.

I interviewed at Universal Studios (Orlando, FL)

      Interview

Included a phone screening and an in person interview. Interview questions are straight from a page and didn't allow for much conversation. Got the response within 2-3 days. I was not offered the position.

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Universal Studios (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2016

      Interview

It was pretty straight forward. They asked me my previous experience related with the role. Job reqiurements are standing for long hours and good written and verbal communication skills because you will conduct lots of surveys with people throughout the day. Shifts starts really early( like 6 am) and finishes really late (like 2 am) . So you should have a car and live close by. In the end they test your typing skills which was really easy too.
