Basically don't demand anything. Just say yes to everything they ask. You can discuss your needs with your manager when you get to your location. The interviewer is just there for that reason, to interview you.

Interview
Once completing online application you will be offered a phone interview. The phone interview will take about 10 minutes and at the end they will offer you a one on one interview at your convenience if they like you. At the one on one interview you will answer more questions and will be offered a job.
