I applied through university. I interviewed at Universal Studios (Singapore)
Interview
Can't really remember but it was rather fast. Before the interview, the staffs came to my school and gave talks on recruitment for various positions. As the job requirements for park operator is min of 18 years old and it does not really require any high level of educational qualifications, so i applied for it as a part time job
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview was about 7 years ago so I do not really remember. They were asking for our commitment level, whether we are able to work shifts, weekends and even public holidays. Sometimes when there are events, the park closes quite late too, so they want to know if we are comfortable with it.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Universal Studios (Orlando, FL) in Dec 2014
Interview
Basic questions, be an outgoing and friendly. Submitted online. Emailed/called a week later to come in. Asked for job on the spot after a 2-phase process. (HR than Manager) Usually they higher in waves of people, so you will have lots of other people coming in around the same time. They are short staffed as of 8/13/2015
