I took off work and dedicated 4+ hours to include interviewing people who were unsure why they were part of process. I took a tour of a delapatated plant. It doesn't appear that they invest in plant.
Their management is comprised of former AK Steel and Carpenter rejections that treat candidates poorly, just as said organizations, by not communicating after interview. No return emails, no calls. That action affects reputation and they'll run out of competent options eventually.
