I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Universal Protection Service (Rosemont, IL) in May 2016
Interview
Called me in for an interview the day after I applied. The interviewers just described the job and hardly asked me anything. I had 3 interviews the same day, one after another, all 3 said I interviewed well. All 3 interviewers told me word for word "This position sucks and you don't want it because you'll be woken up at 2AM sometimes because the guard that was supposed to cover for someone didn't show up and now you have to find someone else." First with the current operations manager, then with the Operations Manager's Supervisor, then with HR. All 3 interviewers told me that the majority of the job is scheduling guards and making sure that there is back up for them if they go home sick. Also that I would not be doing any of the other job duties and responsibilities on the job ad.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Universal Protection Service (Denver, CO) in Apr 2012
Interview
Interview process was semi formal with sales manager and branch manager and held within the ir offices. The second interview was held with the branch manager and the regional VP. The second interview was informal as it appeared that the VP was more interested in my soft skills.
