Applied online in February and had first contact around late May. Process is relatively drawn out, and it's up to the applicant to follow up and stay on top of things. I had 2 phone calls, with a couple of weeks passing between each. Very straightforward interview process, but the sporadic communication made it hard for me to get a read on my interviewer at time.

Very relaxed, mainly wanted to learn about my personality and my portfolio. Very nice and straightforward interviewers. One of the most casual interviews I've had but should definitely know about music.
Very easy, friendly bosses . I had three interviews and accepted after the third one . I would suggest being yourself and being honest . both of these traits will go a long way and I believe will make the process easier for you .

You submit the application and then they email you to set up a phone conference interview. It was a group of people all on one call for me. Mostly straightforward and very lax.
