Your offer has to be a SMP, and therefore should include:

- Events and examples of activation mechanisms

Objective: increase customer loyalty and appeal of the existing program
Target: Business & Premium customers, frequent travellers
Additional details:
- Existing loyalty program launched 2 years ago, currently including 700,000 members (40% active)
- Dedicated page on their corporate website, with member account details and promotional information
- Current reward scheme: points offer discounts on flights (no additional reward partners)
- Current budget: 750k€ / year but not afraid to increase it to speed up member acquisition
