You are first asked to come in and take a personality quiz with HR. It is computerized and pretty simple. They then schedule a day for your actual interview after you pass the quiz. There were two program managers conducting the interview. One was personable, one not so much. Asked typical interview questions. Pretty low key and non-stressful. They asked a lot of questions to try and gauge your tolerance for violent/chaotic environments, which is understandable since the work environment is a psych hospital. The whole thing lasted 30 minutes tops. I received a call the next day offering me the job.
