After doing the logical reasoning and personality tests, it evolved to a pleasant 30 minute video chat with the recruiter to discuss the role needs and then a short graphic design assignment.

It went really great and I received much constructive feedback. The people there had such a good optimistic attitude and the working environment seemed very professional. We had a short talk and then they decided that I was qualified for the position as an intern.
