Step 3: 1 on-site interview, but I decided to stop the process before going on site
I had to perform a first human resource interview where my motivation for the job were tested and where I had to showcase my credentials. This followed with a case study where I had to demonstrate my previous experience with a real-life scenario taken from the company's current focus area.

Question 1
Have you secured a licensing deal in the past and how did you do it?
To be honest, they seem to follow a pretty weird process :
- Your application will be received, but you will get no confirmation at all. Other companies usually send you an automatic email so that you are sure they have received your application.
- If your CV is considered worthy, it is possible that the HR manager will add you on LinkedIn… but never contact you or give you feedback on your application.
This interaction is bit disturbing….maybe they are still too disorganised ?
Conclusion: please do not expect any answer if you apply and your CV is not selected.
