I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Unity in Aug 2020
Interview
Genuinely one of the better candidate experiences I've had! 4 stages: recruiter, hiring manager, multi-day panel, references. About 4-5 weeks total.
Organization, communication, and transparency throughout the process by Unity made it enjoyable and the recruiting / HR team was very engaged throughout with check ins and timeliness at each step. As a candidate it gave a good sense of if/how I was progressing.

Question 1
Not exact but many questions from many groups around: Tell us how you would approach 'x' content marketing scenarios:
- Creating a strategic plan
- Doing an audit
- Convincing an audience of something
- Taking a request from a team
- Researching a topic
- Measuring content success
- Supporting a new product
- Creating an opt-in program
- Working with 'x' cross functional team or resource
I think there were about 5 prepared questions per 30-45 min interview. Each person usually asked about recent work history and experience, followed by questions around the role and scenarios I could be in. Generally very casual and conversational interviews.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Montreal, QC) in Jul 2021
Interview
A great process, albeit a bit long. The interviewers were well prepared and asked well-rounded questions. Most of the interviews were focused on cultural fit and overall skills, rather than nitpicking small details.
