I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Burbank, CA) in Mar 2020
Interview
I was considered for the position under special circumstances, so my experience may be atypical, but what I experienced was very positive. The recruiter was helpful in providing assistance, and the interviews were kept short and focused on the job (rather than straying into general tests of personality or intelligence). After a morning of onsite interviews, I heard back that evening.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q: Explain your mission. What do you want to achieve here? (This was the only really broad question. Most every other Q was directly pertinent to the specific nature of the work.)
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unity in Jun 2020
Interview
The process was very smooth. I was always updated with where the process was up to and was given feedback at each stage of the interview. It was the most interviews I've taken for a single role, and I was impressed by the people I was interviewed by. None of the interviews felt like an interrogation or quiz, and the questions made it easy for me to answer them well.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unity (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Oct 2019
Interview
I was contacted by Alex Bell on LinkedIn and then we had a video call. I also had 3 video interviews, a presentation project (I had one week to do it) and finally an on-site interview in Copenhagen, Denmark (Unity paid for travel and accommodation). The whole process went very well, they were all very welcoming and made me feel comfortable during the different interviews. I have always been kept informed of the different stages and results during the process through emails and calls from Bex Holland and Nik Carter from the Brighton Unity team. They both were very helpful and professional during the whole process.
