Interview
- The interview took less than 2 weeks.
- One phone screen with the recruiter, after a video interview with the GM of the business. Then onsite with 4 people on the team including the hiring manager.
- The recruiter (Imelda - she's awesome!) was super efficient and responsive. It took merely 2 days for her and her team to find the date and time for me to come onsite and meet with 5 people. The onsite was super smooth as well.
- Team is amazing and super talented! From the GM of the business to the operations lead, demand gen lead, head of strategic and ultimately the hiring manager. Everyone was super informative about the opportunity, extremely transparent about the challenges and the vision of where the business and role is going. They all provided clear direction and were all clearly on the same page. That's a team I want to be a part of.

How do you explain why you are the perfect fit versus someone else who has more experience than you?
