The interview process was easy. If you drove a truck you should be fine. The pay is 19 an hour you get pay every week, which is 760 a week. Which is 3040 a month before taxes. You get a bonus every 3 months 275 and if you don't get into a rec or don't hit your brakes too hard and follow the speed they add 100 to the bonus. They know when you are speeding because there is a GPS device that lets them know how fast you are going and where you at. Depending on your route you start around 4AM and you are done when your route is done. They want you to work 10 hours a day because you only work 4 days a week and get paid for 40 hours no matter if you worked 30 hours or 28 your paycheck is going to say you worked 40 hours on it. You do get paid overtime but they take 1 hour lunch from your paycheck if you go over 40 hours, so if you want overtime it would start at 45 hours
