      Adjunct Instructor Interview

      6 Sept 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Phoenix, AZ
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unitek Learning (Phoenix, AZ) in Feb 2015

      Interview

Two interviews (one with the director of education, and one with my department head), PLUS a "Teach-Back" (basically an audition = a 5 minute class presentation to show that I knew how to teach a class and prepare for the presentation) that I did for two full time faculty members so they could critique me.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I don't remember anything specific - however, the "Director" of Education impressed me as someone who was pretty "twisted" in their ideas about teaching task oriented training
