Awkward hiring process. I was asked to interview for one position and when I called them the interview was for a completely different role that I had zero experience with. Overall, would not recommend.

Initial telephone interview. Then an in person interview with a team of people. Asked several situational questions. It pays to have a connection. Most hires now have a contract or temporary period of 3-6 months.
